Job Role
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to handle plot sales, customer relationships, and sales team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Conduct customer follow-ups and coordinate site visits
- Explain plot/project details to clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
- 2–6 years experience in Real Estate / Plot Sales
- Strong communication in Tamil & English
- Team handling experience preferred
- Good sales closing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
