Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for clinical & non-clinical positions
- Employee onboarding and induction
- Attendance, leave & HRMS management
- Employee documentation and file management
- Payroll input coordination
- Employee engagement activities
- HR reports and MIS preparation
- Support NABH and statutory compliance
- Grievance handling and employee relations
- Coordination with department heads for manpower requirements
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years (Hospital experience preferred)
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
