About the Position

Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and conducting background checks.
· Assist employee inductions and ensure completion of joining formalities.
· Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
· Manage employee relations and resolve employee issues as per HR policies.
· Coordinate and support training and development programs for employees.
· Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases
Requirements
· Any Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field
· 1–6 years of experience in HR (Freshers are also welcome)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Knowledge in HR related Laws and Regulations.
· Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
· Good to have experience with HR software.
· Experience coordinating with payroll teams or external vendors is a plus point.
