Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead the content strategy for TCS.com to reflect the brand’s voice, value proposition, and business priorities.
- Build a future-ready content framework aligned to user journeys, SEO, and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with business units, marketing, and CX leaders to map content to the enterprise buyer journey.
Content Creation & Curation
- Oversee the planning and development of high-quality, thought leadership, industry, service, and innovation content.
- Lead the editorial direction for strategic pages, including homepage, industry/service sections, campaigns, and innovation showcases.
- Ensure a balance of corporate messaging and storytelling that resonates with CXOs, analysts, and decision-makers globally.
Governance & Operations
- Establish content governance processes including editorial calendars, review workflows, and brand voice guidelines.
- Collaborate with the web operations, design, UX, SEO, and analytics teams to deliver consistent, optimized experiences.
- Own the content quality and compliance across geographies, domains, and touchpoints on the site.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of content strategists, writers, editors, and agency partners.
- Liaise with global business stakeholders to prioritize content needs and drive alignment.
- Evangelize content thinking across TCS’s digital ecosystem, from microsites to campaign landing pages.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12–18 years of experience in digital content strategy, editorial leadership, or digital marketing in a global enterprise/B2B environment.
- Proven experience in leading content for large websites or corporate platforms (preferably in IT/Tech/Consulting domain).
- Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, UX writing, and CMS platforms (AEM preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
