Job Description
Bhasin Packwell Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient shop floor management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
- Manage manpower planning and shift operations
- Monitor product quality and reduce rework/rejections
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and quality departments
- Prepare daily production and MIS reports
- Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime
- Maintain safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production planning and shop floor operations
- Understanding of quality control processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
