We are hiring a motivated and results-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can create impactful email campaigns, build automated customer journeys, improve engagement, and generate qualified leads and sales.
The candidate should have strong email copywriting skills, experience with marketing automation tools, and the ability to analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Develop engaging email content, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign copy to improve open and click-through rates.
- Build and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, lead follow-ups, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement emails, and post-purchase campaigns.
- Design and optimize responsive email templates for desktop and mobile devices.
- Segment email databases based on customer behavior, demographics, purchase history, engagement level, and lead stage.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, send times, email layouts, and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue.
- Maintain clean email lists by managing unsubscribes, inactive subscribers, bounced emails, and duplicate contacts.
- Improve email deliverability by following best practices related to spam prevention, sender reputation, domain authentication, and list hygiene.
- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and digital marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all campaigns follow email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, automation strategies, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, digital marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of email automation, drip campaigns, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and customer retention.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling email copy, subject lines, and call-to-action content.
- Knowledge of campaign reporting, Google Analytics, and email performance metrics.
- Understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, bounce rates, sender reputation, and list management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, SaaS, or B2B email marketing.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and multi-channel marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Experience with conversion optimization, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
