We are a fast-growing web development and digital solutions company delivering high-quality services to clients worldwide. We specialize in website development, eCommerce solutions, custom web applications, UI/UX design, and digital transformation services.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — from lead research and outreach to client conversion and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across various industries and international markets.
- Generate business through freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
- Manage the complete bidding process including proposal writing, client communication, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, and other outbound sales strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements to propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for accurate estimations and project discussions.
- Handle end-to-end client relationship management including post-sales communication and account handling.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in IT services or web development industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and outbound sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and digital services.
- Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales reporting is a plus.
