We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across academic and non-academic functions. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
