Key Responsibilities
- BIM Modeling & Documentation: Develop detailed 3D architectural models (LOD 200–400) using Autodesk Revit and create construction documentation, working drawings, and schedules.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Run interference checks and clash detection models using Navisworks to resolve spatial conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems prior to construction.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings conform to firm standards, local building regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks (e.g., Floor Area Ratio, ground coverage, fire safety).
- Quantities & Extraction: Extract accurate quantities, material schedules, and technical specifications directly from BIM models to support estimation and procurement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with principal architects, field supervisors, and external engineering consultants to ensure smooth digital-to-site workflows.
- Model Management: Maintain model integrity, file structures, and data hygiene across all project phases from schematic design through final execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) registered with COA.
- Experience: 1–6 years of professional experience as an Architect, with at least 1 years dedicated to BIM/Revit project delivery.
- Software Proficiency:
- Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architectural) and Navisworks.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC and rendering plugins (Enscape, V-Ray) is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian construction standards, CPWD specifications, structural detailing, and building services coordination.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear technical communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
