HR Intern (Recruitment Focus)

What You'll Do
You won't be fetching coffee or sitting in on meetings with nothing to contribute. From week one, you'll own a slice of our recruitment pipeline.
Recruitment (Primary Focus)
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and passive channels
- Run initial screening calls and build quality shortlists for open roles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams, keeping things smooth on both ends
- Handle end-to-end candidate communication, from first outreach to offer stage
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring databases, and status reports
- Support cross-department hiring as needs come up, adapting your sourcing accordingly
HR Operations (Supporting)
- Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation for new hires
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and basic documentation
- Support attendance tracking and leave administration
- Help coordinate internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives
Who This Is For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Management, or a related field
- Strong communicator, organised, and comfortable talking to people at every stage
- Proactive — you follow up, you flag issues, you get things done
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for trackers and data

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
