Designation:– Deputy Manager /Manager / Senior Manger – Paint Shop
Department: Manufacturing - PAINT SHOP
Experience: 5–6 years in powder coating operations (special process exposure mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Overall responsibility for daily production planning and execution of the powder coating plant
-
Manpower management, deployment, and productivity monitoring
-
Ensuring process adherence and quality standards in powder coating (special process)
-
Conducting and ensuring daily testing and inspection activities as required
-
Handling and monitoring ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations
-
Ensuring compliance with MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) guidelines and regulations
-
Coordinating with and managing audits/visits of MPCB inspectors
-
Implementation and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms
-
Continuous improvement in process efficiency, cost control, and quality enhancement
Functional Competencies -

Powder Coating Process Expertise (Special Process Control)
-
Strong knowledge of end-to-end powder coating operations (pretreatment to curing)
-
Ability to control critical process parameters (DFT, curing temperature, adhesion, finish)
-
Capability to identify & resolve coating defects and process issues
-
Ensuring consistent quality output and process stability
-
Production & Manpower Management
-
Effective planning and execution of daily production targets
-
Strong skills in shop-floor manpower handling, deployment, and productivity improvement
-
Ability to manage shift operations, bottlenecks, and resource utilization
-
Focus on efficiency, cost control, and reduction in rejection/rework
-
Regulatory Compliance (MPCB, ETP/STP, EHS)

Thorough understanding of MPCB guidelines and statutory compliance
-
Hands-on experience in managing ETP & STP operations
-
Ability to handle regulatory inspections and audits confidently
-
Ensuring strict adherence to EHS standards and environmental norms
