CSR Fundraising Manager / CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Lead
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CSR Fundraising Manager / CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to drive corporate fundraising, build strategic partnerships, and secure CSR funding. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in stakeholder management, proposal development, and corporate relationship building, with a proven ability to achieve fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
- CSR Fundraising & Partnerships
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of CSR funding opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with corporates, CSR heads, foundations, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit high-quality CSR proposals and concept notes.
- Convert opportunities into long-term funding partnerships.
- Contribute towards achieving annual fundraising targets.
- Stakeholder & Proposal Management
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective donors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals.
- Represent the organization at networking events and stakeholder forums.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Track leads, proposals, and funding opportunities through regular MIS reports.
- Monitor pipeline progress, follow-ups, and conversions to ensure timely closures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly
- Generate 20–25 qualified CSR leads
- Submit 10–15 proposals
- Conduct 15–20 follow-ups
- Achieve 1–2 funding closures
- Annual
- Contribute towards achieving the organization's ₹15 Crore CSR fundraising target.

- 5–15 years in CSR Fundraising, Corporate Partnerships, Institutional Fundraising, Business Development, or a related role.
- Experience with NGOs, social enterprises, or CSR consulting organizations will be an added advantage.
