Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that integrate chemical, thermal, and mechanical elements from initial concept to full commissioning. The role requires ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while adhering to compliance standards. Daily activities include specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges. Additionally, the engineer focuses on scaling manufacturing workflows, enhancing tools, and maintaining quality standards to support consistent and cost-effective production aligned with the overall project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to maintain product quality and operational safety.
- Document process changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and troubleshoot complex process issues.
- Experience in process optimization techniques and workflow enhancement.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment specification and commissioning procedures.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document technical information clearly.
