Role Overview :
We are looking for an AI-Powered QA Automation Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad (Work from Office).
In this role, you will leverage AI tools and automation frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable automated testing solutions, identify issues proactively, and ensure seamless user experiences across critical business workflows.
We are looking for someone with a strong automation mindset, problem-solving ability, and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
AI-Driven Test Automation :
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate automation script development.
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Implement intelligent and self-healing test approaches to reduce maintenance effort.
- Generate realistic test datasets for CRM workflows, lead management, and integrations.
Quality Engineering & Product Validation :
- Analyze product requirements and identify potential risks before release.
- Perform automated regression testing for critical workflows including lead syncs, webhooks, WhatsApp integrations, and reporting modules.
- Use AI-assisted debugging and log analysis tools for faster root cause identification.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to improve release quality and stability.
Performance & Reliability :
- Validate end-to-end business flows across environments.
- Prioritize testing based on customer and business impact.
- Ensure reliability of high-priority modules and customer-facing features.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in using AI tools/LLMs for coding, debugging, and automation workflows.
- Good understanding of web application testing and API testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Startup mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience working in a startup ecosystem.
- Experience testing SaaS products or CRM platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation execution workflows.
- Familiarity with webhook testing, API integrations, and performance validation.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
