We are seeking a detail‑oriented Associate Assembly (Aero Structures) to support aircraft structure assembly activities in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and aviation safety regulations. The role involves hands‑on work in riveting, bonding, and mechanical assembly, supporting production while ensuring compliance with aerospace engineering specifications.

Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes.

Exposure to composites, metallic structures, or sheet metal work.

Knowledge of aviation safety and quality standards (AS9100 – basic awareness).

Willingness to work in shopfloor / production environments.

Solid and blind riveting techniques

Use of pneumatic rivet guns, bucking bars, squeezers

Removal and replacement of defective rivets

Torque application and torque wrench usage

Structural and non‑structural bonding techniques

Surface preparation for bonding (cleaning, abrasion, priming)

Knowledge of aerospace adhesives, sealants, and curing processes
Application of bonding materials as per process specifications
