- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and ensuring team motivation and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and successfully close deals.
