Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior sales team members while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts and strategic customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM software.
- Mentor and support junior sales executives by sharing best practices and providing guidance.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and present business updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
