Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Description
We are seeking a cost-effective Salesforce professional to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. The role will focus on configuration, customization, user support, and minor development tasks to meet business needs. This position is available as full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (20 hours/week).
The resource must be able to work in the US Eastern Time zone (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce applications
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Perform minor development using Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components (as needed)
- Assist with data imports, exports, and data cleanup
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements
- Ensure Salesforce best practices and data integrity
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex and Lightning (preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during EST hours
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting production Salesforce environments
- Experience working remotely with US-based teams
