Role Objective
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can scale
Shopify sales through Meta Ads and Google Ads while maintaining profitable acquisition
costs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing D2C brands,
optimizing Shopify stores, and driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets and scaling strategies.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Build and optimize prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
Shopify Store Management
- Manage and optimize Shopify store operations.
- Update product listings, offers, pricing, collections, and promotional campaigns.
- Improve website conversion rates through CRO strategies.
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout experience.
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) through bundles, upsells, and promotional offers.
Creative Strategy
- Develop high-converting ad angles, hooks, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative production.
- Launch, test, and scale winning creatives.
- Analyze creative performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and
Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Track Orders, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and Conversion Rate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales funnels to identify growth opportunities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong experience managing Shopify D2C brands.
- Experience running and scaling high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating profitable e-commerce sales.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and GTM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Health, Wellness, Ayurvedic, Personal Care, Beauty, or D2C brands.
- Experience scaling brands from 50 to 500+ orders per day.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
