Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Assembly Technician to assemble, install, test, and support Special Purpose Machines (SPM). Freshers with ITI/Diploma qualifications and experienced candidates with machine assembly knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble SPM machines and mechanical sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and BOMs.
- Assemble linear guides, ball screws, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and couplings.
- Install pneumatic components such as cylinders, FRL units, valves, and tubing.
- Perform machine alignment, leveling, and precision fitting.
- Support machine trials, testing, debugging, and commissioning.
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, and Height Gauge.
- Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and 5S in the assembly area.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, PLC, and Production teams.
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites when required.

Qualification
- ITI (Fitter / Mechanic / Turner / Machinist)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- BE Mechanical (preferred for Engineer-level roles)
Preferred Experience
- 0–5 years in SPM, Automation, Machine Building, CNC, or Industrial Machinery.
- Freshers with strong mechanical knowledge can also apply.
