We build AI automation systems that help businesses respond to leads faster, qualify prospects, and book more appointments. We're looking for a confident salesperson who enjoys talking to business owners and wants to grow with an early-stage AI company.
Your Responsibilities
- Cold call business owners in the US, Australia & UK
- Qualify prospects and understand their current sales process
- Book meetings for the founder
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain CRM records
- Continuously improve your sales conversations
We value quality conversations over call volume.
Working Hours
- Work From Home (WFH)
- Must be comfortable working in US, Australia, and UK time zones based on campaign requirements
- Flexible schedule depending on the market we're targeting
Requirements
- Own laptop/desktop
- Own mobile phone
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Good headset with microphone
- Quiet workspace
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
Experience Preferred
Candidates with previous sales or marketing experience will be given preference, especially in:
- B2B Sales
- Cold Calling / Telesales
- Inside Sales
- SaaS Sales
- Digital Marketing or Lead Generation
- International Sales (US/UK/Australia)
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.
CompensationFirst 3 Months (Performance Evaluation)
- ₹18,000/month fixed
- ₹1,000 per closed client
Based on performance, compensation may be revised to ₹22,000–₹25,000 fixed + variable incentives after the evaluation period.
