Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to support our recruitment team by identifying, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates for various job openings. This internship is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic eligibility.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share them with the recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in HR.
