Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive Location:
Indore / Bhopal / Sehore (On-site)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and guiding candidates/customers through our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50–100 calls per day to potential candidates/customers
- Explain company services clearly (job opportunities / consultancy services)
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates
- Update call records and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Convert leads into paid registrations / appointments
- Build strong relationships with clients over calls
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on performance)

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass
