About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join Therapex Multidisciplinary Rehab Center in Lucknow. Both experienced candidates and enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply. Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Lucknow are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct educational assessments and design Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.). Execute tailored teaching strategies to foster learning, social integration, and cognitive development. Maintain progress tracking records and coordinate closely with parents and multidisciplinary team members. Requirements & Qualifications: B.Ed in Special Education / D.Ed in Special Education / B.Ed / relevant Diploma. RCI Registration preferred (or applied). Patient, empathetic, and effective communication skills.
