Role Summary
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents who have expressed interest inour services. Your role is to build trust, understand the student's requirements, explain our counsellingservices, qualify leads, and schedule counselling sessions with our admission experts.
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Contact assigned leads promptly through phone calls.
Qualify prospective students based on their NEET score, preferred course, budget, and locationpreferences.
Understand the student's admission requirements and accurately record details in the CRM.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the student is ready to proceed.
Student & Parent Communication
Explain Namma MBBS services clearly and professionally.
Address basic queries regarding NEET counselling, medical admissions, and available guidanceservices.
Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions counsellor.
CRM & Documentation
Update CRM after every interaction with accurate notes.
Maintain complete records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment status.
Ensure all lead information is accurate and up to date.
Performance & Targets
Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Achieve monthly appointment booking and lead qualification goals.
Work closely with the counselling and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (PUC/12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, education, healthcare, or admissions is anadvantage.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and Kannada.
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu will be an added advantage.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust with students and parents.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Comfortable using CRM software and WhatsApp Business.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily outbound calls completed.
Qualified leads generated.
Counselling appointments booked.
Follow-up completion rate.
CRM data accuracy.
Student satisfaction and professionalism.
Contribution to admissions conversions.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One weekly rotational off (Any weekday).
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
