Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily production activities to achieve planned targets.
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor production processes and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and other departments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production reports, records, and performance data.
- Ensure workplace safety and follow company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience:
5+ years in production/manufacturing operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
