Your new role
As a Clinical Data Insights Analyst, you will be the Data Management (DM) Trial Partner within the trial DM team. Your key responsibilities will be planning and executing data review, including risk-based data review, implementing associated risk management and mitigation activities, and ensuring quality data for analysis and submission.Day-to-day your tasks will include:
Planning, coordinating, and assessing risks associated with data review by using various tools and technologies and applying risk-based data management approaches
Creating specifications for data review tools, including reports and visualizations, and collaborating with programmers to ensure successful setup, UAT, and deployment
Review clinical data in various database formats, datasets, listings, reports, visualizations, and analytics for completeness, accuracy, and integrity
Raise, review and close of queries with EDC/CDMS ensuring that data is reviewed and corrected as required by qualified site staff
Proactively own and independently drive all data review under CDR purview and effectively communicate data findings including visualizations with clear explanations.
Use data visualisation methods to review and understand data to support trial partners in making operational decisions
Analyzing data patterns and trends to detect anomalies
Communicating data review findings and trending analysis to stakeholders through effective visualizations, supporting operational decisions, and identifying site/CRA training needs
Maintaining strong working relationships with Data Management trial partners and other stakeholders to successfully achieve data review deliverables according to trial timelines
Preparing for and participating in audits and inspections, maintaining trial documentation, and ensuring proper archival on an ongoing basis
Participating in process and toolkit improvement projects as required to support the evolution of data review and cleaning processesVerify data review completion with DM trial partners before database lock

Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a Clinical Data Insights Analyst who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insights. You'll bring with you:
MSc/BSc in Natural/Life Science, comparable degree in medicine, or a degree in computer science with equivalent professional experience
Preferably 2+ years of Clinical Data Management experience, with the majority within the pharmaceutical industry or drug development
Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and preferably basic understanding of GCP and relevant regulatory requirements
Experience working with clinical systems used in drug development and understanding of clinical data processing and flow
Fluent written and verbal English with effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsTeam-oriented personality with high flexibility, cross-cultural awareness, and ability to build and maintain solid internal networks
Ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment, acting in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way
