Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduate to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit client locations to understand their requirements.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic negotiation and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
