We are expanding our team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across both landscape projects and corporate maintenance contracts.
Position Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals in coordination with the design team, and converting opportunities into successful projects.
This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys meeting clients, networking with industry professionals, and closing deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Identify potential clients including:
- Residential homeowners
- Villa developers
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Builders and developers
- Corporate offices
- Facility management companies
- Commercial property owners
Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Present Art Yard's services professionally.
- Build trust and long-term client relationships.
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project closure.
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing projects.
Corporate Maintenance Business Development
- Generate leads for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Meet facility managers, admin managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for recurring maintenance services.
- Build long-term corporate relationships.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain lead records and sales pipeline.
- Track inquiry status, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
- Submit weekly sales reports and activity updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect database.
Networking & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with:
- Architects
- Builders
- Interior designers
- Facility management firms
- Real estate consultants
- Corporate decision-makers
- Represent Art Yard at networking events and industry meetings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Client meetings conducted
- Site visits completed
- Proposal conversions
- Monthly revenue generated
- New corporate maintenance contracts acquired

- Customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and client meetings.
- Basic understanding of landscaping, interiors, architecture, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
