We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator (Fresher) to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using MS Office.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
