Position: Billing Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing Engineer with strong experience in civil project billing, quantity estimation, and BOQ management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling project billing activities and coordinating with site and project teams efficiently.
Experience Required
- 4 to 5 Years of relevant experience
- OR
- 5+ Years in civil billing and quantity surveyingQualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements
- BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing reconciliation
- Coordination with project/site teams for work execution details
- Preparation of client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills
- Maintaining billing records and project documentation
- Tracking project progress against executed quantities
- Ensuring timely submission of bills and payment follow-ups
- Assisting in project cost control and budget monitoring
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures in civil/construction projects
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
- Excellent analytical and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
