Position: Advocate / Legal Associate
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Freshers & Junior Advocates Practice Areas: family disputes, succession, Civil Litigation, Society Matters, Redevelopment, Property Disputes
Requirements:
Good drafting and research skills
Ability to appear before Courts/Authorities independently
Strong communication and professional ethics
Basic knowledge of litigation procedures and legal documentation
Responsibilities:
Court appearances and case follow-ups
Drafting applications, notices, agreements, and pleadings
Client coordination and legal research
Assisting in litigation and advisory matters
