Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our expanding real estate team. You will help manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain organized project ledgers, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record and process daily transactions, including sales bookings, customer receipts, and purchase bills.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor and contractor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify that all deposits and withdrawals match company records.
- Maintain accurate files and records for ongoing real estate and construction projects.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Assist in preparing data for statutory returns like GST (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS deduction and filing.
- Manage petty cash disbursements and document the records meticulously.
Site & Construction Coordination (If Applicable)
- Verify vendor/contractor invoices against Delivery Challans (DC) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Maintain expense logs for site materials, machinery, and support in physical stock verifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance/MBA.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in real estate or construction accounting.
- Software: Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
- Soft Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, strict attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
