We are hiring motivated and organized US Sales to join our growing US logistics operations team.
If you have strong communication skills, can handle pressure, and enjoy coordinating operations, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate truck drivers across the United States
- Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers professionally
- Plan loads and routes efficiently
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates
- Negotiate freight rates when required
- Handle paperwork, emails, and load confirmations
- Resolve driver or delivery issues quickly
- Monitor detention, layovers, and appointment schedules
- Maintain daily operational records and reports
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- Experience in US trucking/logistics is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or dispatch software is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer required
- Night shift availability preferred

Shift Details
- US Shift / Night Shift
- 5–6 working days per week
- Fixed shift timings
- Overtime opportunities available

- Candidates comfortable working night shifts
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
