Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide accurate information to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
