Job Summary
Star Properties & Realty is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, manage teams, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, real estate industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Achieve branch revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Conduct team performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Double Degree (any relevant discipline; MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in branch management, sales management, or real estate operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and business development targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
