1. Reception & Guest Handling
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally
Answer inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate department
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
2. Communication Management
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Redirect calls to relevant departments
Provide accurate information about the organization
3. Administrative Support
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Assist with basic clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and data entry
4. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and visitor management
Assist HR/Admin with onboarding formalities or document handling
Handle courier services, parcels, and mail distribution
5. Record Keeping
Maintain logs for visitors, calls, and appointments
Keep track of office supplies and raise requests when needed
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
