About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across multiple business verticals within a growing business group. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR transformation initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Real Estate and possess the ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute Group HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Promoters, MD, CEO, and Business Heads on organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, productivity, and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead change management and organizational transformation projects.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Design and implement manpower planning strategies.
- Lead hiring for leadership, corporate, sales, project, and support functions.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and leadership positions.
Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Implement and manage KPI/KRA-driven performance management systems.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Develop competency frameworks and career progression pathways.
- Foster a high-performance culture across all business units.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
- Strengthen employee communication and grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
- Drive retention strategies for high-performing employees.
- Ensure payroll governance and compensation compliance.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, HRMS, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, CLRA, and other labor laws.
- Lead HR audits and risk management initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps and implement learning interventions.
- Drive leadership development and talent enhancement programs.
- Establish a continuous learning culture across the organization.
HR Analytics & Digitization
- Lead HR technology and automation initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards and MIS reporting systems.
- Utilize workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Candidate ProfileQualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction or diversified business groups preferred.
- Proven track record of managing HR across multiple business verticals and locations.
