Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to join our team in Gorakhpur.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with corporates and HR teams, experience in driving brand collaborations, and the ability to close deals for corporate parties, events, and large group bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, HR teams, and event agencies.
- Drive corporate bookings, parties, and large-scale events at the outlet.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
- Plan and execute marketing tie-ups, collaborations, and brand activations.
- Develop and maintain a database of corporate contacts and key decision-makers.
- Work closely with the operations and events team to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Meet monthly sales and partnership targets while maintaining brand positioning.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, networking meets, and social gatherings.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or corporate sales (hospitality/event industry preferred).
- Strong corporate network and proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Energetic, self-driven, and confident personality.
- Local candidates from Gorakhpur preferred.
