About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Product & Visual Design Intern who can work across both UI/UX design and graphic design.
You will help design real production products, SaaS platforms, dashboards, admin interfaces, marketing assets, presentations, brand materials, and digital communication.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that good design is not only about making something visually attractive. It is about structure, usability, hierarchy, consistency, communication, and attention to detail.
You should be comfortable moving between structured product interfaces and creative visual design while maintaining a consistent design language.

ResponsibilitiesProduct & UI/UX Design
- Design dashboards, SaaS interfaces, admin panels, forms, tables, and analytics screens
- Convert wireframes and requirements into high-fidelity interfaces
- Work with structured design systems such as the IBM Carbon Design System or similar systems
- Follow grid systems, spacing scales, typography systems, and predefined design tokens
- Create reusable Figma components and maintain component consistency
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces
- Improve usability and information hierarchy across product experiences
Graphic & Visual Design
- Create social media graphics and digital campaign assets
- Design presentations, reports, brochures, posters, and communication materials
- Create illustrations and visual compositions using established brand guidelines
- Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistency across digital and print visual communication
- Prepare production-ready design files and assets
Brand Design
- Work within established brand identities
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour, imagery, iconography, and visual language
- Help develop reusable visual templates and brand assets
- Ensure every visual touchpoint feels like part of the same brand ecosystem
Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend developers during product implementation
- Ensure designs are translated accurately into production interfaces
- Collaborate with product, marketing, management, and content teams
- Accept design feedback professionally and iterate quickly
- Maintain organised Figma files and design documentation
Research & Iteration
- Study enterprise software products and contemporary digital design practices
- Analyse existing interfaces and identify opportunities for improvement
- Explore visual references without blindly copying existing designs
- Conduct basic usability validation and design reviews
- Continuously improve design quality through structured iteration
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Strong graphic design abilities
- Understanding of grid systems and spacing systems
- Good typography and visual hierarchy skills
- Strong alignment and composition discipline
- Understanding of colour, layout, branding, and visual communication
- Ability to create reusable components and structured Figma libraries
- Ability to work within strict design guidelines
- Strong attention to pixel-level details
Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, or similar creative tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
Portfolio Expectations
Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate a combination of:
- Product or dashboard UI
- Mobile or web interface design
- Graphic design
- Brand or visual communication work
- Typography and layout
- Structured design-system usage
We value quality, thinking, and attention to detail more than the number of projects in your portfolio.
Qualifications
No specific degree is required.
Students, freshers, and self-taught designers are welcome to apply.
Your portfolio, design thinking, visual discipline, and ability to execute matter more than formal qualifications.
Additional preference will be given to candidates who have completed IBM Design, Enterprise Design Thinking, UI/UX, Carbon Design System, or other relevant IBM design courses and certifications.
Relevant certifications from recognised design platforms are also considered an advantage when supported by strong practical work.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
