We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Manage meeting room bookings and office coordination
- Support administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
