Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control entry and exit of people and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Maintain visitor records and security logs.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with institutional safety policies.
- Coordinate with management during security-related situations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience in security services preferred.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts (Day/Night).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of security systems and surveillance cameras.
- Crisis handling and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined and trustworthy personality.
