DESIGNATION: LINE INSPECTOR
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : ITI, DIPLAMO or any degree with 2-5 years Experience
SKILLS REQUIRED: Inspector for First off /Last off Approval / NPD Part inspection /handling quality control
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Ensure first off clearance to be given for every new setting and every shift start.
2.Retain First off sample untill the production complete.
3.Ensure hourly production quality and quantity are recorded in report as per sampling inspection plan.
4.Ensure Parts running as per control plan and Sop.
5.Ensure shift wise NCR has been made for NG parts.
6.Daily report the status to quality Manager.
7.Responsible for reducing in house rejection.
8.Ensure proper identification tag are available on parts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
