What You'll Do
Content Creation
- Create high-quality videos, reels, shorts, photos, and graphics for social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content that aligns with brand goals and current trends.
- Participate in video shoots, interviews, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry updates.
- Generate creative concepts for brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and content copy.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Video Production
- Coordinate content shoots with clients and team members.
- Assist in video editing, thumbnail creation, and content optimization.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and professional quality.
Performance Tracking
- Analyze content performance, engagement, and reach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience insights.
What We're Looking For
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and content creation.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and stay updated with digital trends.
Bonus Skills
Photography and videography experience.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
Experience working with influencers and personal branding projects.
Graphic design and motion graphics skills.
