As the D2C Manager, you will build and lead our direct-to-consumer engine end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling our digital storefront while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Set up and manage the RUMI Shopify store end-to-end, including site structure, navigation, design coordination, app integrations, and backend operations.

Own and manage all product listings, including content, SEO, imagery, descriptions, and A/B testing initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive traffic, improve conversions, and maximize sales performance.

Analyze customer behavior and optimize the conversion funnel to improve key metrics such as CVR, AOV, and LTV.

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Track, measure, and report on performance metrics, turning insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless inventory management, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Continuously experiment with landing pages, offers, bundles, customer journeys, tools, and sales funnels.

Stay updated on D2C best practices, Shopify innovations, plugins, and performance optimization strategies.

4–5 years of experience in D2C and e-commerce, with hands-on Shopify experience being essential.

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, customer journeys, and merchandising.

Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-moving environment.
