We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Billing Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with billing software, maintaining stock records, and handling jewellery tagging and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer bills using jewellery billing software.
- Generate barcode labels and tag jewellery items.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Update inward and outward stock entries.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for inventory updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with day-to-day back-office operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate or 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with billing software or inventory software is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in a jewellery showroom is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
