- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
- Active & Passive Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking, social media, and professional platforms, to attract top-tier talent
