About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Assist HR and Administration teams with onboarding, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
