Key Responsibilities :-
- Able to Create your own executives team.
- Achieve the designated targets.
- Generate database from Schools and other sources.
- Meeting with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools for Business generation
- tie ups with playway, coaching centres, tution centres for business generation
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients.
- Contact and work with clients, attend conferences, meetings and events.
- Should keep abreast with happenings in training industry, awareness about prospective partners, competitors and clients
- Working in collaboration with NGOs, organizations, community leaders, educational institutes, and government departments to reach out to students
- Creating a database of educational institutions and conducting campaigns to reach out to potential candidates.
- Execute various marketing activities within assigned region.
- Conducting Seminars in pre schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
Experience, Skills and Key Responsibility:-
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education, sales, or customer relationship management.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leading or supervising an admissions or sales team is preferred.
- Self-motivator & Drive to work.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines.
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve individual and team admission targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Drive the team to achieve admission goals while consistently meeting personal admission targets.
- Monitor, motivate, and support the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets while delivering individual performance goals.
- Take ownership of both individual and team admission target achievement through effective lead management and follow-ups.
- Ensure the successful achievement of assigned admission targets by both self and the team.
- Lead-to-admission conversion rate.
- Team productivity (calls, follow-ups, appointments).
- Parent visit-to-admission conversion rate.
- Average response and follow-up time.
- Parent satisfaction and service quality.
- Employee performance, coaching progress, and retention.
