Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and routine inspections.
- Measure finished components using precision measuring instruments.
- Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety procedures in the workplace.
- Meet daily production targets while ensuring quality compliance.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 0–5 years of experience in conventional lathe machine operation (preferred for experienced roles).
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to relocate if required.
